He is survived by his parents, grandmothers, Tammie Lewis and Mary Kulma; step grandmother, Judi Lewis, grandfathers, Raymond Kulma and David Lewis. Graveside services will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens at 10:00 am Tuesday, September 12.
